 Leo loses it.
Yeah, he's probably the greatest player that has ever lived, but in last night's 'friendly' match for Barcelona against Roma at the Nou Camp, he showed a much darker, more sinister side.
He gets involved in an altercation with Roma's French defender Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa. He clearly throws a headbutt which doesn't really connect and then grabs the player by the throat.

He went on to score a few minutes after this incident so it obviously didn't put him off his stride. Barcelona won the match 3-0.
Not nice to see from the little maestro...

The Rugby World Cup is just around the corner.

The Irish jersey at the ready and we're counting down the minutes until the first game kicks off.

In case you're not quite up to speed, here's the low-down of the groups and the games which are simply unmissable.

POOL A

England start the tournament in Twickenham against Fiji on Friday, September 18.

However, the Twickenham game which will garner the most attention is England v Wales on Saturday, September 26.

These two sides are very evenly-matched, as was demonstrated when the English scraped a 5-point win in this year's Six Nations.

Clip via RBS 6 Nations

The next titanic battle comes when England welcome Australia to Twickenham on Saturday, October 3. The Aussies then play Wales in the same venue on October 10.

JOE's prediction: We fancy Australia to come out on top in this group. The Wallabies have been excellent in the Rugby Championship and should be closer to their peak entering the tournament.

We're backing the Welsh to come second. We think they're superior to England and they were caught cold when the sides played during the Six Nations.

POOL B

POOLB1

South Africa should come out on top in Pool B and we'd expect the big battle to be between Samoa and Scotland for second.

These two sides clash on October 10 in St James' Park, Newcastle.

Although Samoa played some enthralling rugby in this year's Pacific Nations Cup, we still expect Scotland to go through.

JOE's prediction: This should be straightforward enough, with South Africa claiming top spot and Scotland coming second.

POOL C

New Zealand ran out 39-18 winners against Argentina in this year's Rugby Championship.

The rematch is on September 20 in Wembley and we expect a similar result.

JOE's prediction: The All-Blacks and Argentina to go through without too much bother.

POOL D

This group should be a shoot-out between France and ourselves for top spot. The two sides face each other on September 19 in Twickenham.

Do you know what a thesaurus is?
Christina and Tania, a mother-and-daughter team, blew the chance to make more than $100 when they failed to answer one of the most straightforward questions imaginable.
Host Eddie McGuire asked the restaurant-owners which of the following is not a dinosaur: brachiosaurus, stegosaurus, tyrannosaurus or thesaurus.
We feel safe in assuming that everyone in the English-speaking (and ancient Latin-speaking, for that matter) world knows the answer to this question, considering that the audience literally laughed upon hearing the word 'thesaurus'.

Christina and Tania proved that their lack of dino-knowledge is matched only by their lack of deductive reasoning and decided to 'Pass' on the question. The host is clearly surprised, repeatedly asking the contestants if they're sure they don't want to guess.
God, how embarrassing. Still, at least it was a bit more dignified than this.

'123456'? come on people, you can think of a better one than that surely...
Setting passwords is all important, it needs to be something you can easily remember in case you've had a rough night out the night before, but something difficult to guess.
Some people take the first part of that advice and completely disregard the second part and that's how many of these terrible passwords were born.

Vandals target vacation home of dentist who killed Cecil the lion

Lion-killer

If Walter Palmer — the Minnesota dentist who killed Cecil the Lion on a Zimbabwe hunting trip — heads south to his Florida vacation home in the coming days he'll be greeted with a not-so-friendly message from animal lovers when he pulls into the driveway: "Lion Killer!"

The garage door of Palmer's vacation home in Marco Island, Florida, was vandalized with that message spray-painted in big, blue letters on his garage door, Dave Bear, captain of the Marco Island Police, told Mashable on Wednesday. It was reported to the police Tuesday morning.
An Associated Press photograph showed what appear to be bloody pigs' feet "drenched in hot sauce" scattered across Palmer's driveway, but Bear said the police are still investigating their validity. He said he doesn't have information as to whether or not the paint has been removed, but said police have opened an investigation to find the culprit.

The address of his vacation home became known late last week. Others have visited it — at least one duo posted a photo of themselves "at the animal killer's vacation home" with their thumbs down standing alongside a pile of stuffed animals.
Palmer's whereabouts remain unknown. Mashable left a voicemail message for Walter Zalisko, a private investigator hired by the Palmer family, but we haven't heard back.
The dentist has been widely shamed over the past two weeks after reports emerged that he paid $55,000 to hunt Cecil, one of Africa's most famous and beloved lions, and return home with his head in early July . Palmer allegedly lured the lion out of a national park in Zimbabwe and shot the animal with a bow and arrow. It died one day later.

A local hunter who assisted Palmer has been arrested and faces poaching charges.
Zimbabwe is asking the U.S. to extradite Palmer to be tried in their courts. "There has been an outcry," Oppah Muchinguri, Zimbabwe's environment, water and climate minister, told a news conference. "Almost 500,000 people are calling for his extradition and we need this support. We want him tried in Zimbabwe because he violated our laws."

The next 'Silent Hill' game is definitely not what you're expecting

Meet the new face of horror: a Silent Hill slot machine.
Silent Hills may be cancelled — and with it our hopes of a dream creative collaboration between the creator of Metal Gear, the director of Hellboy and that guy from The Walking Dead. But at least we have... this? What do you think the payout is on three gross murder death eyeballs in a row?
This may or may not be a thing that people in the United States can play — Las Vegas casinos host plenty of Konami slot machines, after all — but it's out in October. And this trailer is a work of madcap genius. Enjoy.

Adventurous pups hang ten at epic surf dog competition

A unique competition gave a bunch of dogs the chance to hang ten over the weekend. Well, hang twenty.
Canines of all shapes and sizes did a little hot-dogging, showing off their surf skills at the 10th annual Unleashed by Petco surf dog competition in Imperial Beach, California.
This year's competition had more than 50 canine contestants who competed in different heats: small, medium, large, extra large and tandem. The doggies get a little human help to catch the wave but staying on the board is up to the pooches.

All you really need in life is this giant 'Big Hero 6' Baymax sofa bed

There are few things we truly need in this life. Yesterday, I would have said food, water and shelter.
Today, however, there is only one item on my list: This 7 feet 5 inch tall Baymax sofa bed.

Sold exclusively by the Japanese shopping site DeNA, this actually-larger-than-Shaq body pillow retails for the low price of 53,800 yen, or approximately $430.
Considering that owning this enormous snuggly Baymax bed will bring about a lifetime of happiness, that's a small price to pay.
Americans can purchase a similar-yet-inferior product on Amazon, although it's only 5 feet 9 inches — so there's not really any point to it.

At last.
Public service klaxon alert. You have just a few more days to get out and see that bright and shining star that's in our sky because once the Premier League season kicks-off, it's pure football hibernation.
A new season will inevitably bring a new FIFA game as fans everywhere embrace their inner coach potato and refuse to leave the house for days on end.
Hey, I'm not judging. In fact, I'm encouraging this sort of behaviour.
The latest trailer for FIFA '16 has just been released and the beautiful game has rarely looked this beautiful before.
The sublime 'At Last' by Etta James soundtracks some stunning football action and the sight of Jordan Henderson putting Raheem Sterling on his arse might bring a wry smile to some Liverpool fans.
September 25th can't come around quick enough. Take a look.

This looks very tidy.
EA have just unveiled the new trailer for Star Wars: Battlefront Fighter Squadron today at Gamescom. A trailer packed with duels between Rebel and Imperial ships is the kind of thing that brings a warm fuzzy feeling to our soul.
The graphics look amazing and we can't wait to have a go when this comes out. May your thumbs be with you. Baggsy being the Millennium Falcon!

The game is scheduled for release in November, a nice Christmas present if ever there was one

Well done Mr. Pilot.

Hands up if you've experienced those plane landings where the pilot doesn't manage to keep it straight on the runway and there's a little wobble just after you land?
If you're answer is yes, then you'll know all about the mini heart attack that causes, so imagine what it was like on this plane in Cork earlier this week.
The wind was blowing hard as this Stobart Air flight was trying to land, the pilot had some job on his hands to get it on the ground.

ISIS circulates price list for sex slaves

Copies of the list emerged last year and it has now been verified by a UN official.

THE ISLAMIC STATE group has been circulating a price list for sex slaves.
This information has come from Zainab Bangura, a senior official with the United Nations who has a focus on sexual violence in conflict.
Bloomberg is reporting that children as young as one are being offered for sale to fighters from within the group and wealthy Middle Easterners.
Bangura said that on a journey to Iraq in April she was given a copy of a leaflet detailing prices.
Information about the price list emerged in November of last year although doubts were raised about its authenticity.
The document showed prices being placed on captured Christian and Yazidi girls who were being sold as sex slaves. At the time it was deemed to most likely be a fake.
The prices included in the document were reported by the Iraqi News at the time.
Bangura has said that she has verified that the document has come from the Islamic state group and that the girls, “get peddled like barrels of petrol”.

Facebook billionaire gives millions of ‘no strings attached’ cash to poor people

Could direct payments to those who need it most be the way forward?

FACEBOOK CO-FOUNDER DUSTIN Moskovitz is giving $25 million (€22.8 million) to poor people in East Africa.
Moskovitz is donating the money through Good Ventures, a foundation he set up with his wife Cari Tuna.
dustin-and-cariMoskovitz and TunaSource: Good Ventures
According to Vox, most of the money ($16-19 million) will be distributed by GiveDirectly, a charity that sends unconditional cash grants of about $1,000 (about €910) each to poor people in Kenya and Uganda.
The rest of the money is expected to go on marketing and fundraising for GiveDirectly.
socialshare.0Source: GiveDirectly
The idea of giving funds directly to the people who need them is seen by many as the way forward in helping the global south develop as it ensures the cash gets to those who need it most.
Vox notes that the organisation’s $1,000 grants are larger than the GDP per capita of Uganda. They more than double some peoples’ incomes.

WATCH: Americans try to find Ireland on a map, and it doesn’t go well

Back to geography class for you. And you. And you.

COULD YOU NAME all of the American states?
No? Well, maybe you feel a smidgen of sympathy for these Americans who were asked to place Ireland on a map, and in many cases failed.
Oh dear.
We couldn’t help but notice though that Buzzfeed did label Ireland and the UK as the‘British Isles’, which may have led to some confusion…

“Are they legitimate at all, or are people just eager to pay cash under the table to strangers in exchange for comforting lies?”

Most of the psychics Tyler visited told him he would live a long life.

This Guy Got His Palm Read By Several Psychics To See If They Would Say The Same Things

But when he asked how long, the answers varied.

The responses were also all over the place when it came to marriage.

But they all told him he would have two or three kids.

It appeared inconclusive. The psychics seemed to be giving him pretty general, safe info. But then, this one woman seemed to know they were secretly recording the whole thing!
