RAF parachutist misses the mark.

This must be the worst nightmare for someone who does this every day. I can just imagine what was going through his head, he had lost control a little and seeing the large crowd of people below him he didn't want to go too far off course. The problem is though that with no place to land and not wanting to crash into a big group of people you forget about the biggest static object in the park. unfortunately the sound effects don't really help. watch for yourself and imagine what it would have been like for this poor guy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Li9WZAD2EWY
According to the Bristol Post in the UK, the incident occurred around 1.20pm on Sunday afternoon at the popular seaside resort of Weston in Somerset.
Unfortunately, the parachutist in question also hit a pensioner during the botched landing and both parties were taken to hospital with minor injuries; the parachutist has since left hospital.
Speaking about the incident, a spokesman for Avon and Somerset Constabulary said: “There will be liaison between various agencies to ensure an appropriate investigation into the incident takes place.”
